Atomic Learning is a web-based service that includes nearly 50,000 step-by-step tutorials on learning applications, teacher workshops, technology integration projects, common software and emerging topics, such as 21st Century Skills, Internet Safety and Copyright. Short video tutorials explain functionality and features of software applications for gaming, mobile devices, operating systems, social networking, web design and more. All Charlotte-Mecklenburg School teachers, students and families have twenty four hour access to these resources from any Internet capable computer through a district license with Atomic Learning. Please contact your school’s technology leader for log in credentials.
Select the Atomic Learning link on this page and log in with your district credentials to the Atomic Learning site. Students and Staff can also access Atomic Learning from Gaggle under the portal links tab. Select the ACCESS link on this page and log in to Google Drive for log in information for staff, students and parents as well as Learning Paths, and Get the Word Out materials. Atomic Learning offers paths for authentic and relevant learning. Teachers can go beyond video tutorials to learn new technology applications to integration of new skills in the classroom.
